Portrait of a Tiger
Previously on the easel

Here I have loosely filled in the stripes and coloured areas with thinned oil paint. I have put two layers into the eyes, but they still need some work.

Here I'm gradually building up the layers, and have put some life into the eyes. There's still a lot of work to do!
We can see quite a big difference here. I've been intensifying the colours, and of course there is now a background. I chose a simple background, as I did not want to overclutter the piece, and there is a great deal of detail going into the Tiger.
