On The Prowl

Information from the artist:
One of the most striking things about seeing tigers in
the wild was the effect they had on the wildlife around it. A wave of warning cries
could be heard all around, and then everything moved in the opposite direction to
the tiger. For those few minutes, the world seemed to revolve around that one tiger.
I decided that this scene of a tiger prowling through the grasses would be a wonderful
subject for a first attempt at painting this mighty animal.
